Mainly manufactured in original polypropylene, our wide range of bobbins is designed to minimise vibration on the machines and to improve production performance. We have plastic bobbins for the following uses:

The "one way" or single-use bobbins are lighter and can be smooth or perforated. In both cases they are adapted to work with state-of-the-art machinery.

The reusable smooth tubes designed for internal use, within the same process of the customer, can often be recovered due to their high impact resistance and long life.

Our perforated bobbins which fit together are developed to achieve the best result in dyeing processes with the maximum ease of use. We assure a good quality of dyeing, increasing the productivity of the process, minimising possible errors when handling the bobbins, while managing to optimise production costs at the same time.

The bobbins are manufactured in original polypropylene and with different thicknesses. Depending on our customers’ requirements, we can add mineral filler to enable higher temperature resistance and longer life, allowing the bobbins to be reused.

The following table outlines our range of plastic bobbins by size. For each measurement we have perforated and smooth tubes with different densities, covering all customer needs.
